1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdream17 ("phdream17," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdream17 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phdream17 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phdream17, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the phdream17 Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Register only one (1) account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity;
• Complete any Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process required by phdream17.

2.4 KYC Verification

phdream17 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream17 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdream17 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions on the phdream17 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phdream17 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. phdream17 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• phdream17 aims to process most withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary;
• phdream17 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.

4.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on the phdream17 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phdream17 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phdream17 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified in the terms of each individual promotion;
• phdream17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phdream17 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by reputable third-party game providers. phdream17 does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all games are determined by the RNG and are final.

By participating in any game on the phdream17 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as displayed within the game interface and any associated help documentation;
• Game outcomes are random and phdream17 makes no guarantee of winnings;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, phdream17 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed;
• Any winnings resulting from a software error, miscalculation, or system fault will be considered void and will not be paid out;
• phdream17's decision on all gaming disputes is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phdream17 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdream17 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

phdream17 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phdream17 Platform without the prior written consent of phdream17.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdream17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phdream17 Platform.

phdream17's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream17 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdream17 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination and Suspension

phdream17 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Your voluntary request to close your account.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. phdream17 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud or prohibited activity is suspected.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdream17 Platform shall first be submitted to phdream17's customer support team for resolution. phdream17 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phdream17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdream17 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phdream17 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
